In these days Business is a beautiful dream, anyone wants to achieve it. and mostly people get inspiration when they don’t happy with the job or they somehow have money to invest or they want to show them as valuable in the society and relatives.
But above inspiration does not work to make any useful and long lasting business. so there is raised a question how to think a business.
First thing you should have patient and at least you should have the vision till 10 years. else you will get lose money and time.
So now we understand using examples.
Electric Vehicle Industry-
Suppose someone want to start Electric Vehicle startup in India then first of all we need to think some facts about it.
In which section or part of EV business we want to enter like Dealer, middle accessories supplier, manufacturing some parts or assembly line or complete Tech and Parts then sale direct to customers.
All have different-2 competitions like if you start as complete business model design to final product the you should have huge money to burn and competition with the existing other fuel type vehicles companies.
Even we should know that raw material is easily available or not in our territory or may be there have geopolitical issues in case of EV it is true about Lithium batteries. since in India there does not have raw resources of Lithium and other Ores even we don’t have any mining contracts in the other countries.
So it is not a healthy business in India that why Indian Gov is regularly working on the other fuel type.
Manufacture a Item –
if you start something to make a physical product like school bag and you don’t have cheap and long lasting raw material.
And you don’t have good automatic machines and skilled workers, and they take many leaves too. in above cases you would be stuck to manage workers and deliver the product on the time is difficult.
Raw material will be different as per business segment like it may be people or raw material.
So first will have to think carefully and need to focus that we are solving a problem or it is just a product which is made of partial thought and self ego.
