It seems, type of new peoples want to work for only own growth. since you can’t keep them stay at your place whether you pay them more money or respect. since you have a sharp vision that works for your group only. so it is not enough to stay long in the market.
Now days we see that challenges for big giant companies too like more startups for the specific problem solving. and big companies are unbale to see those problems.
So all approaches for the Human Capital Management, seems try only, not fruitful.
since they have other fast opportunities in the open market, like you can create anything, it may be physical product, services or all type your personal activities even.
And they can create own type community and sell there and them, if they get running big, can sale to big company their idea like a good exit.
so we can see clear market about more creators and make things fast.
